Black Thorn durian (D200) is praised as “Gold on Tree”, a premium tier durian due to its scarcity. The wow-worthy Black Thorn Durian Snowy Mooncake is made of pure Black Thorn durian pulp originated from Malaysia, covered with Bamboo Charcoal soft and chewy icy skin that imparts a mild sweetness to take the divine festive treat up a notch. With the technique to freeze the fresh, just-ripened Black Thorn durian pulp in liquid nitrogen (odourless, tasteless, non-toxic), the mooncake filling is velvety as if devouring ice cream, featuring the intense fruity aroma of Black Thorn with a wine-like aftertaste.

Musang King durian (D197) is a crowd favourite that has long been honored as the “Hermes of Durians”. The renowned Musang King Snowy Mooncake is made of pure Musang King durian pulp originated from Pahang, Malaysia, covered with soft and chewy icy skin to take the divine festive treat up a notch. With the technique to freeze the fresh, just-ripened Musang King durian pulp in liquid nitrogen (odourless, tasteless, non-toxic), the mooncake filling is velvety as if devouring ice cream, featuring the dense and rich taste of Musang King with a hint of its unique bittersweet tang.
